The Annual Parish Meeting is the opportunity for the various organisations and groups which serve the community, and others who represent the village, to provide brief reports on their activities in the last 12 months and their future plans. The meeting will take place in Cockfield village hall, on Thursday May 20th at 7.30pm. The agenda is published in the calendar entry on the home page.
Residents of Cockfield parish are welcome to attend, but please note the following arrangements in place due to the prevailing lockdown restrictions:
- capacity in the village hall will be restricted. So if you wish to attend, please contact Steve Ball, Parish Clerk, in advance of the meeting on parish.council@cockfield.org.uk
- the village hall will still be set up as a covid compliant facility. So for everyone's safety please observe the following:
- Maximum attendance of 30 (including County & District Cllrs, Parish Cllrs and Representatives of Village Groups
- Social distancing rules apply
- one way system of access and egress
- Wearing of face masks at all times, unless exemption applies
- Use of hand sanitisers (provided by Village Hall)
- Attendees to remain seated during meeting
