Just a short update to let you know that the new open market homes at Jeffreys Green are selling well with some plots still available or yet to be released.

We have become a Help to Buy registered homebuilder which means that first times buyers can access the government backed equity loan scheme to help buy their home at Jeffreys Green.  If you think that this may be for you, please contact Fine & Country who can give you some further information.

The construction of the final phase of the development will start in the Spring this year.  This will be more 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom bungalows available for sale.
