Green Links wins Suffolk Village Newsletter of the Year

Green Links, the independent Village Magazine for Cockfield, has been awarded the title of Suffolk Village Newsletter of the Year. This award is completely separate from that of the Suffolk Village of the Year and Editor Janne Cutting-Keyton was delighted to accompany Chairman David Simpson to Haughley Park Barn on the 12th November to be presented with a plaque, framed certificate and a cheque for £100.

David Simpson said, ‘What a year Cockfield is having with the wonderful jubilee celebrations in the summer, then winning the Suffolk Village of the Year competition and now winning the Suffolk Village Newsletter award.
Congratulations Janne, very well done you have worked very hard producing our monthly magazine, all credit must go to you.
However I would like to thank the rest of the team Sue Harrison, Morag Kelly and all the distributors who deliver Green Links every month. And finally may I say to everyone who lives in Cockfield, thanks very much for making this a proud and wonderful place to live.’
