Two grants totalling around £1,200 have been awarded to the Commuity Council to upgrade software for the Computer Circle. The grants, from Suffolk Community Foundation and Babergh District Council, have been used to purchase licences for Windows 8 and Microsoft Office 2013. This means that the 2014-15 Computer Circle Programme, due to start on October 20th, will be based on the current versions of these core software products.
