From the 20th July 2018 Babergh are sending every household an annual canvass form to collect information about residents who are eligible to vote.

It’s quick and easy to respond:
If there are no changes to the information pre-printed on your form you can respond by:
- Going online to the web address on the form
- Signing your form and sending it back to us in the envelope provided
If you need to make some changes you can respond by:
- Going online to the web address on the form
- Writing the changes on the form, signing it and sending it back to Babergh in the envelope provided
If you don’t respond:
- You could be fined
- You may not be able to vote in future elections
- Your credit rating could be affected
