Reporting on Meetings
Except where members of the public have been excluded due to the confidential nature of the business, any person may film, photograph, audio record or use social media to report on meetings of the Council, including any public comment and/or questions. Would any person intending to report please give notice before the start of the meeting to the Clerk or Chairman of the Council to enable reasonable facilities to be afforded.
AGENDA
1. To receive any apologies for absence.
2. To receive, from Members, any declarations of interest in items on the agenda in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3. To approve the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held on 19 December 2019.
4. To review progress on all outstanding actions from minutes of previous meetings.
122: Cllr Lindsay to pursue the state of the repairs to the verge opposite Clovelly, Howe Lane with SCC Highways.
126.1: Cllr Brinkley/Cllr Levett to propose a modification to the underside of the Bandstand seating to prevent the accumulation of litter. Cost of modification and purchase of leaf blower to be considered for inclusion in 2020-21 Budget.
138: Cllr Southgate to provide a copy of the signed Parish Council’s Pavilion Hire Agreement to Cllr Webster, who will amend it to acknowledge the Council’s agreement to the Football Club’s Alcohol Licence.
140: Cllr Brinkley to chase up the estimate for refurbishing the Parish Council’s noticeboards.
147: District Cllr Maybury to raise Cllr Levett’s concerns over staffing numbers lack of training for Health visitors with the Health Committee.
151: Cllr Levett to update the Asset Register to incorporate an Asset Maintenance Regime.
181: Cllr Webster to investigate alternative Recycling Contractors to collect the villages’ Waste Paper and Cardboard. See Agenda Item 8.

Appeal Ref: APP/D3505/W/19/3233313: Land adjacent Gambrel, Chapel Road, Cockfield, IP30 0HE. The appeal is made under section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a refusal to grant outline planning permission. Decision: Appeal Dismissed.
DC/19/05284: Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act. DC/18/00494 without compliance with Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents): to change rear side wall from single to double storey. Cockfield Post Office and Stores, Howe Lane, Cockfield, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP30 0HA. Decision: Planning Permission has been Granted.
