Orwell Housing have released more details about the Jeffreys Green properties which will be available very shortly.
The Rented property advert goes live on Gateway to Homechoice for 1 week from the 1st April and the Parish Council would encourage local people if they are interested in being considered to submit their bids, it is also worth noting that with a local connection to Cockfield there is more flexibility about bedroom numbers, so for example a single person/couple could be eligible for a two bed and a couple and a child, or single person and a child could be eligible for a three bed – subject to demand and affordability.
