All are welcome to support the cyclists and enjoy a coffee and cake ( Donations welcome ) in St Peters Church from 10.30 onwards after the cyclist have left, or join them on their return.

By popular request from Norman’s admirers who would prefer a less challenging cycle ride, an extra short route (approx. 8 miles and mostly flat terrain) suitable for both younger (and older) participants has been chosen and this ride will be chaperoned by Norman Kelly. Grandparents and Grandchildren are welcome.
The idea is to both commemorate Norman, the Cockfield Icon, as well as raise money for Norman’s favoured charity: Royal Air Force Association.
Start time (Saturday 8th July from 9.30 a.m. registration, 10 a.m. start), location (St Peter’s Church) and other details are the same as for the 2 original routes on the event shown on this homepage.
